1. HTML Applications on Mitel IP Phones – Patients could check doctor’s schedule & meal menu. On management front, the executive’s phone provided information like number of beds occupied & revenue till date.
2. Mitel Collaboration for Effective Communication – Any On-duty doctor can call the specialist and show him the patient’s report by collaboration. Patients could conduct video conferences with the specialist & the Specialist could advise the treatment accordingly.
3. Mitel MiVoice Border Gateway – Secure collaboration between remote OPDs and hospitals connected remote OPDs of hospital which were not connected (IP connectivity) to the hospital and enabled them to communicate free of cost between OPDs and hospital.
