Ascentify looked at India as a global market for BPOs and predicted the growing need for training and employee retention as a result of attrition. There was a need to deploy knowledge based technology solutions and Ascentify needed to enter into the Indian market to help enterprises effectively manage the hiring and training of its agents.

Our Approach

It was becoming essential for Indian BPOs to grow beyond Tier 1 cities in hiring. Ascentify saw India as a green market to sell its content delivery platform to many of the large enterprises. TaraSpan understood the requirement and assisted Ascentify to enter the Indian market, reach out to enterprises, worked with them to localize content and setup the delivery mechanism that suits the demand.

The Results

The team in India worked in coordination with the team in Canada and was able to quickly deploy, enable and support the solution for the Indian market and resulted in a YoY growth of over 50% in revenue.

TaraSpan has been enabling the growth of technology companies from around the World in India. Based on Ascentify’s business needs, TaraSpan saw the demand for the solution. There were global support organizations w here India based talent was managing the back offices of some of the world’s top companies. In the first year there was one client on board. It was IBM that deployed this solution Pan India. This touched over 150 0 0 employees in India and was subsequently introduced in other geographies.

The solution touched over 150K employees of some of India’s largest BPO and Enterprise groups on an annual basis.

 

THE RESULTS
