This is in reference to the Application (C.A No. 142 (ND)/ 2017) filed by TaraSpan Solutions Private Limited. (“Company”) before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for confirming reduction of its share capital.
In this regard, the Hon’ble NCLT vide its Order dated August 2, 2017 (“Order”) has directed the Company to issue Notice/s to Central Government, Registrar of Companies having jurisdiction over the files of the applicant company and all the creditors of the Company, informing of the aforesaid Application.
The next date of hearing in the matter has been fixed for November 10, 2017.

TaraSpan participated in Connect14 held at the Taj Palace Hotel, Delhi on 11 October 2014. The convention was organized by the British Business Group, Delhi bringing together British and Indian business leaders and policy-makers to consider the business opportunities that exist in India.
